Scribble Remedy is the site created to display the writing and artwork of C. Lorraine “Nina” Hall, who also writes and publishes under the pen names of Amarine Rose Ravenwood, Mina Marial Nicoli, and Phoebe Grant. Nina supports writing and art therapies, and uses them frequently for her own peace of mind. This is her blog, containing life stories and projects – a visual and literary representation of her life.

Nina has been writing creatively for most of her life. She was first published in an anthology titled Great Poems of the Western World, under her maiden name of Christy Lorraine Thornton, when she was fifteen years old. She has a children’s book published under the pen name of Mina Marial Nicoli, and she has several poems published internationally in anthologies and magazines under the pen name of Amarine Rose Ravenwood. As well as writing poetry and children’s stories, she writes preteen and teenage epic fantasy, and is in the process of working on a series with her editor.

As well as being an author and poet, Nina is the owner, manager, editor, and publisher of The Literary Librarian literary journal for the support of aspiring authors. She is also a freelance fiction editor for Night Sky Book Services. To see more of Nina’s writing, her blog of stories, reflections, and poetry is located at Amarine Ravenwood’s Magical Realm.  Another of her blogs is at The Fairy Tale Garden. That one is for real life fairy tales/creative nonfiction.
